The Fat to program is by any standards is no miracle or magic pill, all it is is a book with a common sense approach to weight loss and fitness and this is all you will really ever need to lose weight.
The most fundamental part of loosing weight and all you ever need to concentrate on if this is your goal, is the amount of energy you are consuming compared to the amount of energy your body is burning. This is the most fundamental aspect of weight loss and if anyone tells you need magic pills, or some magic beans that turn into a giant bean stalk their lying, their probably just trying to sell you something.

So in conclusion if you have already purchased the Fat to fit program do not be tempted to buy any other program until you are actually following the program, as it is all to often tempting to purchase the next diet fad or magic fat pill with a good sales letter, when all you really need is a common sense approach and the discipline to stick to it until you are seeing results and this is what fat to fit gives you.
